Description
The open ring spanner has a spanner width of 17 mm and a drive square of 3/8 inch. Our cable wrench is also made of high quality chrome vanadium steel.
This wrench is a professional tool specially designed for working on brake lines, but also for fittings on air conditioning, compressed air and hydraulic lines and injection lines.
For many screws on the brake, it is recommended not to replace the open ring spanner for another cable wrench, such as an open-end wrench. Thanks to its special shape, the square key is very suitable for loosening screws on brake lines.
When using other wrenches, there is a risk of the screws wearing out. The open ring spanner adapts better to the screw connection thanks to its edge profile and is therefore more gentle on materials.
Due to its special shape, our cable key is also called crow’s foot. Thanks to its square cut-out, it can be operated with a ratchet 3/8 inch or any other handle, which allows for easier and faster work.
