Wheyprotein fortified with complex carbohydrates, creatine, beta alanine and HMB
Lamberts Strawberry Flavor Complete Gainer is a specially designed sports nutrition product that contains a combination of high quality and purity whey protein (Whey Concentrate & Isolate), complex carbohydrate creatine, beta alanine and HMB.
Each 100 gr of this preparation provide:
– over 39 g of pure protein (39.7 g)
– 8.8 g of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S). The 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S = leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the basic building blocks for the formation of 1/3 of the total muscle protein of the body. In addition to their important structural role, they are the main source of meeting the energy needs of muscles, as they are catabolized exclusively in muscle tissue.
– 37.6 gr of complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates contribute to the absorption of proteins and increase their bioavailability (and therefore contribute to the synthesis of muscle tissue), as well as to the restoration of the body’s glycogen levels.
– 5 gr Pure Creatine, which helps increase muscle mass, strength and muscular strength.
– 2 gr Beta Alanine which contributes to the synthesis of carnosine and the improvement of muscle work.
– 1.5 g Beta hydroxy beta methylbutyric acid (HMB). HMB is the major metabolite of leucine, preventing muscle catabolism at the end of the workout.
In addition to the above, oats and medium chain triglycerides (Median Chain Triglycerides) have been added for gradual absorption of carbohydrates and maintenance of energy levels for a longer period of time.
Complete Gainer:
– can be used as a meal replacement, either between main meals, or by completely replacing a main meal.
– can be used after the end of training programs aimed at increasing muscle mass, in the context of rehabilitation (protein supplementation and energy levels)
– can be co-administered with either the Multi Guard® Sport or any other formulation in the Lamberts sports nutrition range, depending on the needs of the athlete.
The powder is easily soluble and has a pleasant strawberry flavor.
