ABOUT: Kenya Milima GFBOP1 is made from hand-picked leaves, ensuring that only the finest buds and leaves are used. When brewed, it has a bright, brisk and full-bodied flavour with sweet and earthy undertones.
BENEFITS: Like other black teas, Milima tea is rich in antioxidants, particularly theaflavins and thearubigins. Its moderate-to-high caffeine levels may provide an energy boost.
USES: Enjoy plain or with some sugar/honey and/or a dash of milk, depending on personal preferences.
BREWING: Allow 1- 1½ teaspoon per cup. Pour the freshly boiled water onto the leaves. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. The brewing time and water temperature can be adjusted based on personal preferences.
