Bottle Gourd, sometimes called calabash gourd or white/yellow-flowered gourd. With its eye catching, mainly unique bottle shape, its actually classed as a fruit although cooked as a vegetable.

– We recommend that adults should start with up to 1 teaspoon (approx. 3.5 g) of powder mixed with lukewarm water or add some sparkle to your smoothies, soups, stews, juices, or other foods. Store this is in a cool & dry place, preferably in an airtight container.
