Delicious brushwood recipe For the dough: Sifted flour – 100 grams, sugar – 1 tablespoon, milk – 3/4 cup, melted butter – 2 tablespoons For frying: refined vegetable oil For decoration: powdered sugar Mix the sifted flour with sugar, stir, add milk, beat the egg and stir in the butter.
Leave the dough in a cold place for an hour. Heat the oil in a pan and turn the desired shape onto the handle holder. Place the chilled dough next to the pan, lower the mould into the dough and wait for the mould to fill with dough.
Now dip the filled mould into the hot oil. Fry the dough for a few minutes until golden brown after the dough has detached from the mould. Let the pastry rest on a napkin for a few minutes to remove excess grease. Now just let it cool and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. The quantities are 40-50 pieces. Bon Appetit!
