The ILIFE W90 can be used without water for dry vacuuming. Ideally you would want to use the ILIFE W90 with water to automatically adjust clean water flow to ensure an ideal cleaning result without using water.

4. How often do I need to clean the roller brush?

We recommend cleaning the roller brush after each use.

5. Does animal hair get wrapped around roller?

Normally this does not happen because the roller brush diameter size is big enough so it can avoid getting tangled. If there is a tangle, just remove the roller brush from its holder and use the cleaning tool to remove the hair tangle from the roller brush.

6. Do you have to use distilled water?

There is no need to use distilled water. Tap water is perfectly fine to use in the ILIFE W90. Please do not use hot water as this can cause internal damage to the pipes in the ILIFE W90.

10. How do you start self-cleaning mode?

To start the ILIFE W90s self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Always keep the floor washer plugged in. Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 60 seconds.
