AROMATHERAPY – Macadamia Nut Oil is said to act as a natural anti-inflammatory thanks to it’s high oleic acid content (Omega-9 fatty acid). If not used in small dilution, Macadamia can be very overpowering.
DIY TIP – Macadamia is a rich, smooth and highly moisturising oil that is highly emollient and particularly good for dry skin and in hair-care. Try blending 5ml of Macadamia with 20ml of Jojoba and 5 drops of Lavender oil.
