They are NOT an English Muffin or Crumpet nor are they meant to be! Maybe not like your grandmas, but memories are always better. These are like a scone, made from a dough not a batter. They can seem somewhat dry to some people who are used to American cakes. This is why we recommend you warm them and put spreads on them as described on the package.
